What we collect

When you order online: your first name, phone number and email, the delivery address (only for delivery), your order and your note for the kitchen. We don’t create an account, we don’t ask for your date of birth and we don’t take payment online.

Why

Only to prepare your order, deliver it, tell you its status by email and call you if there’s a problem. Nothing is sold, rented or used for advertising.

Protection

The connection is encrypted (HTTPS). Your contact details are encrypted in our database; only restaurant staff can display them, and every display is recorded. We also keep a coded (non-readable) version of your phone number and connection address to prevent fake orders.

How long

Your contact details are deleted automatically after 90 days. Order totals are kept for accounting, without your name or contact details.

Service providers

Emails are sent through a professional email service and our website host stores the data, in Canada or under equivalent protection.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, by contacting the person in charge of personal information: ramzi — contact@bilsimaging.com. You can also file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
